My fiancé Jeremiah purchased my engagement ring from Rivard and they have been nothing but amazing to us! They go above and beyond any other jeweler that we have been to and are so personable with us! They have amazing service and make spending money on jewelry worth it with their financial options and payments! Highly recommend using Rivard for any future jewelry purchases! Well worth it!

I could not be more satisfied with my experience at Rivard Fine Jewelry. Brandon Rivard provided me with all the information I needed about diamond selection and patiently helped me to select the perfect diamond in light of my preferences and price range. Mr. Rivard also helped me to custom design a ring setting and worked diligently with his ring designers to have it made exactly to my specifications. The final diamond engagement ring is absolutely perfect and my fiancée loved it. In fact, she loves the fiery sparkle of the diamond and the design of the setting more every day! We will definitely be returning for our wedding bands. I highly recommend Rivard Fine Jewelry to anyone looking for high quality and a great experience from beginning to end.

Like many others, I'm sure, I first went to Rivard to purchase an engagement ring. I found friendly, down to earth people who genuinely care about making the customer happy. Mike worked with me to get exactly what I wanted in a custom ring for my now wife. Since that time, Rivard is the only jeweler I will work, even though I have moved 6 hours away. Brandon, Gail, and the rest of the folks are always available, they make sure I am happy-and most importantly that my wife is happy! I don't have anything negative to say about them, in fact I don't have anything even neutral to say about them-it's positive all the way. What's really awesome is that you get a great jeweler with quality products, fantastic service, and the cherry on top is their price is always better than the rest. They have gone well beyond what I would consider outstanding customer service repeatedly. That's not easy to find in this day and age.

What a fantastic experience. My fiancee wanted a customized engagement ring and Rivard was more than helpful in obtaining multiple stones for us to look at. Her engagement ring could not have turned out better! I enjoyed the experience and was able to return and order a matching wedding band. Their customer service is very good and I will be returning for future purchases.

The best customer service experience I have ever had. Despite their selection of engagement rings being unmatched by any other jeweler we visited, we still couldn't find quite what I was looking for. From stone selection to setting design, Christi and Brandon worked tirelessly to create the ring of my dreams and did not bat an eye at even the most nit-picky request. Professional, communicative, courteous, and attentive to detail. I cannot say enough good things about these folks. I will be a customer for life!

Highly recommend store. They have a huge selection of engagement rings. Very friendly and educational staff. I did not know much on the details of buying a engagement ring but they were very trustworthy. I did not let my fiancé in on choosing the ring for her. When I proposed my fiancé was very impressed with the ring and it was exactly what she wanted! I am very much satisfied with the investment I placed into Rivard. After a terrible experience with Kay Jewelers, my fiancé and I realized we should have come to Rivard in the first place. We found the perfect ring and they were able to help us get it before a big trip. Pat and Margaret were wonderful to work with and highly recommend shopping with them.

Rivard had the perfect primary stone for the ring I was looking to purchase. They were very colloquial and also very transparent about the costs along the way. I had shopped around small and large jewelry stores in Lexington, comparing costs for the same ring and, all in all, Rivard came out with the best selection of diamonds as well as the most reasonable price. Just to give one reference point, they saved me about 36% on a quote from Kay's for an equivalent diamond & ring. Thanks again, Rivard family!
